SHIPPING & PACKAGING

Shipping costs are for mainland UK only. Please contact me for a quote to ship to other areas. For international orders, any custom fees or duties are the customer's responsibility.

I use strong eco-friendly packing boxes and double box to give extra protection to the ceramics. Items are wrapped in tissue wrapping paper and I use a wood wool filler which is completely biodegradable. On some occasions I may re-use other packaging materials.

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and sent via a trackable service, usually taking 3-4 days for delivery. Once items have been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details.

In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during transit I will replace the item for you or provide a refund where replacement is not possible. Please contact me within 3 days of delivery and include photos of any damaged packaging and item.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

My ceramics are all handmade in small batches and no two items will be the same due to the nature of the wood firing. For this reason, I will list individual items in my shop and you will receive the item that you see.

If you wish to return or exchange an item from your order, contact me within 7 days of delivery and return the item to me within 14 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs. I recommend the original packaging is used where possible and package it very carefully. Items must be returned in their original condition via a tracked delivery service.

A refund will be processed once the item is returned excluding the original postage paid unless the item is damaged or faulty.

Where possible I would be happy to offer an exchange, however unless the original item has a fault or has been damaged in transit, buyer will be responsible for the second delivery cost.

I cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items that are on Sale and discounted or any custom orders.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR POTTERY

Most of my pots are dishwasher safe, however, I would recommend hand washing pots with warm soapy water to avoid any abrassion or chipping.

Thermal shock to pots is best to be avoided. Please also note that highly acidic or pigmented foods and beverages may cause a slight change to the pot surface.
